Напомним, в США на настоящий момент PS3 официально производится уже лишь в одном варианте с 60-Гб винчестером на борту - не так давно SCEA объявила о снятии с производства младшей модели консоли, спрос на которую был очень незначительным.<br /><br />Представитель Sony отметил: «Как мы и сообщали ранее, модельный ряд PS3 будет определять потребительски спросом. Сейчас мы думаем над будущим анонсом консоли с винчестером большего объема». Какие-либо детали пресс-атташе Sony предоставить отказался.<br /><br />Кроме того, исследовательская компания Nikkei утверждает, что к 2008 году количество проданных во всем мире PS3 перевалит через 10-миллионную отметку.
