Sony планирует уже в этом году приступить к продажам ультратонких 11-дюймовых телевизоров, в которых вместо традиционных ЖК-панелей будут использоваться панели на основе органических светоизлучающих диодов (OLED) и, судя по всему, станет первой компанией, кто запустит телевизоры с данной технологией в массовое производство, сообщает Reuters.<br /><br />Дисплеи OLED в настоящий момент используются в цифровых камерах, сотовых телефонах и других портативных устройствах.
