В 2007 году компания планирует выпустить три продукта, поддерживающие возможности сетевого подключения.  Если учесть тот факт, что пока еще ни одна из студий не воспользовалась преимуществами Ethernet подключения, которым были оснащены все плееры Toshiba первого и второго поколения, видимо, ситуация к концу этого года должна измениться. <br />   Планами киностудии любезно поделился директор Microsoft HD DVD,  Кевин Коллинс (Kevin Collins). Напомним, что Microsoft, Toshiba и  Universal Studios изначально были покровителями формата HD DVD с момента его появления. «Мы все еще в поисках того, что мы можем привнести нового, а Universal в свою очередь является лидером в вопросе изучения формата и реализации различных его возможностей, существующих на сегодняшний день», говорит Коллинс. <br />   К настоящему моменту продукты от Blu-ray не отличаются высоким уровнем интерактивности, так как технология BD-Java до сих пор дорабатывается для внедрения в  будущие продукты. Но этот факт, конечно, не мешает Blu-ray удерживать первенство по продажам в течение последних двух месяцев за счет продаж PS3 и постоянно увеличивающегося количества релизов новых дисков. <br />  <img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1174465427_original.jpeg" align="left" style="border: none;" alt='Universal Studios предрекает всплеск интерактивности.' /> Надеясь изменить эту тенденцию, Universal продолжает продвигать существующую HDi-интерактивную технологию, в виде разработки "U-Control", которая будет использоваться  в HD DVD фильмах, "Дитя Человеческое" (дата выхода - 20 марта) и "Козырные тузы" (17 апреля). Студия Universal обещает еще более впечатляющие возможности чем те, которые существовали в предыдущих продуктах с "U-Control", таких как, например, сентябрьский "Форсаж. Токийский дрифт."<br />   В "Дитя человеческое" зрители получат шанс посмотреть видеоролики с рекламных щитов в фильме.  Они смогут "кликать" по каждому из примерно десяти рекламных щитов и смотреть полные рекламные ролики.<br />   В "Козырных тузах" будет интегрирована программа Google Earth, которая позволит определять местоположение убийц во время всего фильма. <br />
