Насладиться этим зрелищем на первых порах смогут обитатели 100 тыс. московских квартир, но к концу года их число увеличится до миллиона.<br /><br />Свой эфир владелец коллективной антенны, компания "Мостелеком", расширит в первый день весны. Сначала трансляция будет вестись в тестовом режиме, но уже через месяц, 1 апреля, услугу переведут на коммерческую основу. Пакет из 30 телеканалов (ТВ 1000, Discovery и прочие развлекательные и познавательные каналы) будет стоить 65 руб. в месяц.<br /><br />На старте проекта увеличится "кругозор" телеприемников в 100 тыс. столичных квартир. Но в "Мостелекоме" обещают: до конца 2007 года к дополнительным каналам подключат уже 1 млн домовладений, столько же - в следующем году, а к началу 2010 года будут осчастливлены все москвичи.<br /><br />Оператор кабельных сетей обещает также провести радикальный ребрендинг. Новый генеральный директор "Мостелекома" Дмитрий Костачев пока сохраняет интригу и не говорит, как будет выглядеть обновленное лицо компании. Он лишь сообщил журналистам, что смена имиджа (включая рекламные акции) обойдется оператору в $1,5 млн.<br /><br />Новый брэнд будут использовать и Национальные кабельные сети - принадлежащие, как и "Мостелеком", правительству Москвы и миллиардеру Сулейману Керимову. Похоже, "федерализация" московских брэндов вообще главная тенденция в платном телевидении - в конце 2006 года об аналогичных планах объявило "Стрим-ТВ".<br /><br />В дальнейших планах "Мостелекома" - подключение через коллективную антенну "быстрого" интернета и IP-телефонии. Расходы на модернизацию устаревших сетей составят составят $188 млн, а всего компания вложит в этот проект $250-270 млн. Предполагается, что эти инвестиции окупятся к 2011 году.
