В дополнение к технологиям, уже традиционно применяемым в проекторах Panasonic, такими как Smooth Screen, MPEG-шумоподавление и Cinema Colour Management, в проекторе PT-AE1000E реализованы следующие разработки:<ul><li>HD-совместимый объектив и новая оптическая система - Panasonic разработала HD-совместимую оптическую систему, состоящую из 16 элементов, объединенных в 12 групп, в это число входят 2 асферические линзы, а также 2 линзы со сверхмалым значением дисперсии. Новая оптическая система вносит большой вклад в достижение значения контрастности, составляющего 11000:1.</li> <br /><li>Full HD ЖК-матрицы следующего поколения - PT-AE1000E построен на базе HD-совместимых ЖК-матриц нового поколения, обеспечивая базовое разрешение 1920x1080 пикселей. </li><br /><li>Цветовой фильтр "Pure Colour Filter Pro" - в конструкции проектора имеется оптический фильтр, который оптимизирует световой поток от UHM-лампы и позволяет получить глубокий черный и чистые первичные (красный, зеленый и синий) цвета.</li> <br /><li>Процессор "Cinema Works Pro" - позволяющий без потерь проецировать HD-сигнал и улучшить качество изображения от других источников. <br />Цифровая 14-битная обработка сигнала.</li><br /><li>Функция просмотра гистограмм - поясняет принцип обработки входного сигнала и позволяет точно регулировать параметры воспроизведения.</li></ul>Проектор будет доступен в России с февраля 2007 г., рекомендованная розничная цена - 4950 долларов США.
