С момента анонса Live Anywhere, родного брата Xbox Live на PC, Биллом Гейтсом (Bill Gates) на E3 в прошедшем году новой информации практически не появлялось. Но несколько дней назад в Сан-Франциско на мероприятии Games for Windows (новый бренд MS) Live Anywhere был показан в действии на играх Uno и Shadowrun. То, что геймер на PC играл с игроком Xbox 360, уже понятно. Интересно взглянуть на сторонние, не менее важные функции нового сервиса.<br /><br />Перво-наперво, до появления первых апдейтов Live Anywhere не будет работать в виде dashboard на Xbox 360. Сервис будет запускаться только (и автоматически) при запуске поддерживаемой игры. Чтобы залогиниться, придется ввести данные своего Windows Live ID, после чего перед игроком Live на PC предстанет во всей красе: неизменный список друзей, отправка текстовых и голосовых сообщений, отправка приглашений на игру и многое другое. Как и на Xbox 360, в запущенной игре, нажав кнопку Home (аналог Xbox Guide), игрок попадет на панель быстрого доступа ко всем функциям.<br /><br />Live Anywhere, также как и Xbox Live, будет поддерживать автоматическое обновление игр. К примеру, та же Uno потребует обновления одновременно на Live-сервисах обеих платформ, если такое появится. Очевидно, это предотвратит возможность игры при несовпадении версий между играми PC и Xbox 360.<br /><br />На дальнейшие обновления Live Anywhere запланирован доступ к своему Gamertag и без запуска игры. То есть, работая, к примеру, в Word или читая последние новости на каком-нибудь ресурсе, вы сможете залогиниться в Live по своему профилю и производить действия там почти также, как это происходит на Xbox 360: передавать сообщения друзьям или даже оперировать с Marketplace.<br /><br />Первое появление Live Anywhere на PC ожидается с выходом Halo 2 Vista, хотя точная дата до сих пор неизвестна. <p /><!--ThumbBegin--><a href="#" onClick="ShowBild('http://www.hdtv.ru/hdtvimg/856_xbox_anywhere.jpg'); return false;" ><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/hdtvimg/thumbs/856_xbox_anywhere.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Live Anywhere -  Microsoft обьединит геймеров' /></a><!--ThumbEnd-->
