Аппарат построен на основе плазменной панели G9 высокой четкости (Full-HD) с разрешением 1920 x 1080 пикселей. По сравнению с предыдущим поколением в G9 была изменена конструкция всех ключевых компонентов панели. Она также получила новый высокоскоростной монокристальный процессор, производящий обработку входящего сигнала высокой четкости без изменения его исходных характеристик.<br /><br />В телевизоре реализован комплекс оригинальных фирменных технологий, улучшающих изображение. Например, схема Real Gamma Control производит 16-битовую видеообработку сигнала, что позволяет воспроизводить изображение с 4096 эквивалентными степенями градации цвета. Технология Contrast Management для каждого участка картинки подбирает индивидуальный уровень контрастности без излишнего пересвечивания или затемнения. Таким образом, изображение становится одинаково четким по всей площади экрана, без блеклых или чересчур темных участков.<br /><br />Система объемного управления цветностью Advanced 3D Colour Management осуществляет точное трехмерное управление разделением оттенков и яркостью цвета. Технология шумоподавления Motion Pattern Noise Reduction определяет алгоритмы движения, которые чаще всего генерируют шумы, и корректирует картинку, убирая искажения, возможные при демонстрации динамичных сюжетов. А Sub-Pixel Controller устраняет зубчатость контуров и нечеткость диагональных линий, сглаживая края изображения.<br /><br />Panasonic TH-65PV600R поддерживает управляющий интерфейс HDAVI, который позволяет передавать все аудио-, видео- и управляющие сигналы через один кабель, соединяющий цифровые устройства. При использовании оборудования, поддерживающего интерфейс HDAVI, отпадает, например, необходимость последовательно включать все компоненты домашнего кинотеатра.<br /><br />Рекомендованная розничная цена Panasonic TH-65PV600R соответствует его размерам и составляет 459 000 рублей.
