Сначала о прогрессе во взломе HD DVD. Спустя несколько дней после того, как .EVO-репы были обнаружены в приват-секции p2p-сети, торренты распространились по всему интернету.
К фильмам, о которых мы уже упоминали, присоединились рипы The Italian Job, Jet Li`s Fearless, The Interpreter, The Last Samurai, V for Vendetta.

Так же удалось проигрывать диски, содержащие IME (In Movie Experience). Первым таким фильмом стал Equilibrium. Необходимо всего лишь создать на жестком диске папки в таком же виде, в каком они записаны на диске (в интернете легко найти подробное описание). Таким же образом можно добиться правильное воспроизведение фильмов King Kong и Batman Begins.

Думаете Muslix64 ушел на дно? Нет, он ломал Blu-Ray.

И ему это удалось. Не обладая каким-либо устройством способным воспроизводить Blu-Ray, гуру взлома последних недель, смог запустить рип фильма Lord of War на компьютере.
“Получив всего несколько файлов с BD-диска и «дампа» памяти, мне удалась «plaintext- аттака», схожая с той, что использовалась при взломе HD DVD”.
Muslix64 отказывается раскрывать свой метод, однако дал подсказку: «все пытаются сломать программы, я ломаю данные».
Программист признался, что файлы не обладали BD+ защитой. Однако и это ограничение в массовости взлома "голубо-лазерных фильмов" будет устранено через несколько дней.
