Работать с небольшими интернет-провайдерами, желающими расширить свои услуги за счет платного телевидения, намерена Synterra: компания предлагает им приобрести права на ретрансляцию пакетов телеканалов вместе с готовой платформой обслуживания абонентов. Правда, первыми клиентами Synterra стали крупные операторы – «дочки» госхолдинга «Связьинвест».<br />

Synterra начала осваивать новую сферу деятельности - платное телевидение. Но компания не будет заниматься ни оказанием услуг напрямую абонентам, ни производством собственных телеканалов: Synterra будет выполнять роль агрегатора для операторов IP-TV. За телевизионное направление в компании отвечает экс-гендиректор «Космос-ТВ» Андрей Степанов, который намеревался реализовывать подобный проект еще в своей прежней должности.<br />

«Мы располагаем современным аппаратно-студийным комплексом, который позволяет принимать и обрабатывать до 150 телевизионных каналов в соответствии с запросами наших партнеров, - рассказал CNews г-н Степанов. - Причем одним из важных преимуществ сотрудничества операторов с нами является получение контента, подготовленного специально для предоставления в телекоммуникационных сетях. Ведь более поздний выход операторов IP-TV на рынок платного телевидения определяет необходимость предложения рынку новых услуг, прежде всего, индивидуализацию предложения, выражающуюся в возможностях программирования времени просмотра, выбора наиболее интересных программ для конкретного пользователя и т.д».<br />

Synterra предлагает провайдерам IP-TV как контент (российские и зарубежные спутниковые каналы, коллекцию фильмов и тематических передач для предоставления услуги «Видео-на-заказ»), так и технологические ресурсы для организации биллинга, мониторинга и кодирования телесигнала. «Важно отметить, что при проектировании всего процесса работы с контентом основным принципом было создание системы, позволяющей контролировать легитимность распространения контента до конечного пользователя, ведь только реализация подобной модели позволяет предложить рынку работу с премиальным контентом ведущих российских и зарубежных производителей», - добавил г-н Степанов.<br />

Участники рынка сдержанно комментируют инициативу Synterra. «Мы вели переговоры с Synterra, но их условия нас пока не устроили и сейчас мы самостоятельно заключаем договора с правообладателями, - сообщил заместитель коммерческого директора московского интернет-провайдера «Искартелеком», недавно запустившего услуги IP-TV, Владимир Серак. - В частности, нам не понятны такие моменты, как намерение Synterra самостоятельно производить управление нашими абонентами и отсутствия предложений по телевидению высокой четкости (HDTV). Не исключено, что в будущем мы будем сотрудничать с Synterra, но все-таки их услуги более интересны для компаний, желающих предоставлять телевизионные услуг «с нуля», тогда как «Искрателеком» уже имеет собственную головную станцию».<br />

«Synterra не является пионером в своей области: в качестве телевизионного агрегатора пытаются работают еще несколько компаний (например, Next Media Enterteiment), - отмечает коммерческий директор оператора «Комкор-ТВ» (торговая марка Akado) Сергей Бешев. - Однако пока дальше громких заявлений ни у кого из них дело не пошло: причина состоит в том, что западных производителей интересуют только большие контракты, и обслуживающие небольших операторов агрегаторы вряд ли смогут их обеспечить. Крупные же операторы, такие, например, как мы или «Система-МассМедиа», и так уже заключили договора со всеми правообладателями».<br />

Тем не менее, у Synterra есть шанс войти в число крупных телевизионных игроков: компания активно обслуживает государственные структуры, а области платного телевидения ее клиентами стали «дочки» контролируемого государством холдинга «Связьинвест». «Сегодня компании холдинга активно интересуются внедрением IPTV в своих широкополосных сетях (по технологии ADSL), - сообщил г-н Степанов. - Это связано с развитием этого направления, как одного из приоритетных и наличием у операторов «Связьинвеста» технической инфраструктуры. Конечно, предприятиям холдинга удобно работать с контентной платформой, а не заниматься всем комплексом работ самостоятельно: мы уже начали сотрудничество с несколькими компаниями, входящими в «Связьинвест» и ведем переговоры с остальными МРК». На данный момент из предприятий холдинга о сотрудничестве с Synterra в области IP-TV объявили «Центральный телеграф» (оказывает услуги в столице под торговой маркой Qwerty), «Центртелеком» и ЮТК.
