Прошедшие в этом году выставки FPD International 2006 и Ceatec Japan 2006 пролили свет на телевизионные планы японских производителей потребительской электроники. В настоящее время ведущие производители HD-телевизоров из Китая и Южной Кореи заняты продвижением концепции Full HD и увлечены стремлением сделать стандартным формат 1080p (1920 x 1080). Японская телевизионная индустрия, для которой Full HD давно стало реалией сегодняшнего дня, думает над масштабным внедрением разрешения 4096 x 2160. Без сомнения, это повлечёт за собой повышение требований ко всему спектру оборудования - от видеокамер, устройств записи и воспроизведения сигнала до вещательных систем.<br /><br /><b>Формат DCI</b><br />В заботе о дальнейшем повышении качества изображения наиболее перспективным рассматривается новый формат, принятый Digital Cinema Initiatives LLC (DCI) в июле 2005 года. Данная организация объединила усилия ряда крупных производителей кино и видеопродукции, таких как Disney, Fox, Paramount, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal и Warner Bros. Studios. В результате их сотрудничества были определены основные спецификации формата DCI: разрешение 4096 x 2160 пикселей, 12-битная яркостная шкала, цветовое пространство XYZ, кодек JPEG2000, битрейт до 250 Мбит/с.<br /><br />На мероприятии FPD International 2006 прозвучало заявление о том, что формат DCI расчитан не только на профессиональное применение в сфере видео и кинопроизводства или в кинотеатрах. Экспансия DCI в индустрию домашних развлечений вполне вероятна уже в самые ближайшие годы.<br /><br /><b>DCI-дисплеи, проекторы и камеры</b><br />А как обстоят дела с DCI-совместимыми дисплеями? Японская компания Sharp продемонстрировала ЖК-панель с диагональю 64 дюйма и разрешением 4096 x 2160 пикселей, отвечающую спецификациям DCI. Компании Sony и JVC также достигли больших успехов в эволюции дисплеев и проекционных систем. Их технологии SXRD и D-ILA для отображения видеокартинки высокого разрешения прекрасно сочетаются с требованиями стандарта DCI. Как отметил исполнительный директор Sharp Микио Катаяма (Mikio Katayama), до сих пор разработчики дисплеев шли в ногу с развитием записывающей аппаратуры, носителей и вещательных сетей. Однако сейчас наблюдается тенденция опережения в своём развитии индустрии дисплеев от смежных сфер.<br /><br />Производителей панелей высокого разрешения пытаются догнать разработчики видеокамер. Создать камеру, отвечающую требованиям DCI технически возможно. Однако по ряду причин, в том числе и экономических, область её применения ограничится сугубо профессиональной сферой.<br /><br /><b>Super Hi-Vision</b><br />Особого внимания сторонников революции в телевидении заслуживает концепт-проект Super Hi-Vision крупной японской телекомпании NHK, подразумевающий передачу видеоизображения с впечатляющим разрешением 7680 x 4320 пикселей. По количеству точек режим Super Hi-Vision в 16 раз превосходит требования для аппаратуры класса Full HD (1920 x 1080).<br /><br />Одной из главных проблем в этом проекте является создание видеокамер категории Super Hi-Vision. Для этих целей компанией Micron Technology разработаны ПЗС-сенсоры размером 1,25 дюйма, разрешением 8 Мп и частотой сканирования 60 к/с. Для получения требуемого изображения необходимо четыре таких сенсора (RGGB).<br /><br />Надо полагать, вещание в формате Super Hi-Vision вряд ли начнётся в ближайшие 15-20 лет. Тем не менее, он уже нашёл применение в двух японских музеях для демонстрации посетителям некоторых произведений искусства и экспонатов, требующих специальных условий хранения.
