Эксперты прогнозируют дальнейшее снижение цен на мониторы - кризис перепроизводства оказывает негативное влияние на рынок.<br /><br />Правоохранительные органы США, Японии и Южной Кореи подозревают двух крупнейших мировых производителей телевизионных панелей Samsung и LG в картельном сговоре<br /><br />По данным следствия, транснациональные корпорации приняли общую стратегию по поддержанию цен на жидкокристаллические дисплеи. Претензии властей наносят очередной удар по участникам рынка, которые в последнее время теряют доходы из-за обвала цен на ЖК-телевизоры, к которому привело обострение конкурентной борьбы.<br /><br />Samsung Electronics и LG Philips – первый и второй по величине в мире производители жидкокристаллических мониторов – во вторник утром признали, что находятся под следствием. По словам представителей компаний, правоохранительные органы изучают их деятельность "по подозрению в применении практики, противоречащей законам о конкуренции".<br /><br />Участники фондового рынка опасаются, что претензии властей окажут негативное влияние на финансовые показатели компаний - производителей жидкокристаллических телевизоров. После появления официальной информации о международном расследовании в отношении Samsung Electronics и LG Philips акции последней упали на 7,6% до 25,75 вон за одну бумагу.<br /><br />Такого глубокого падения котировок владельцы акций LG Philips не видели давно. Инвесторы опасаются, что убытки корпорации в IV квартале существенно превысят прогнозы аналитиков.<br /><br />Накануне совместное предприятие LG Electronics и Philips, специализирующееся на производстве ЖК-дисплеев, объявило о получении повестки в суд. Документ поступил в калифорнийский офис компании, расположенный в Сан-Хосе.<br /><br />Повестка была выпущена за подписью чиновников Департамента юстиции США. Параллельно представители японской Комиссии по свободной торговле выпустили предписания для офисов корпорации в Японии, а корейские чиновники из Комиссии по свободной торговле провели переговоры с топ-менеджерами LG Philips в штаб-квартире компании в Сеуле.<br /><br />Пресс-секретарь корейской комиссии объяснил, что следователи ищут доказательства участия корпорации в картельном сговоре с целью зафиксировать цены на жидкокристаллические телевизионные панели.<br /><br />По предварительным данным следователей, Samsung Electronics и LG Philips "несколько лет назад заключили секретное соглашение, регламентирующее ценовую и сбытовую стратегию лидеров рынка".<br /><br />В корпорации LG Philips обещают помогать правоохранительным органам в восстановлении законности. "Мы очень серьезно относимся к этому процессу и намерены оказывать полное содействие правоохранительным органам", - говорится в пресс-релизе компании.<br /><br />Корпорация Samsung также подтвердила факт получения повестки из Департамента юстиции США, а также проверки со стороны корейских и японских правоохранительных органов. В южнокорейском концерне отвергают все подозрения. "Компания привержена основам честной конкуренции и не приемлет неэтичное поведение на рынке", - говорится в сообщении Samsung.<br /><br />Аналитики прогнозируют снижение акций производителей жидкокристаллических дисплеев в течение первой половины следующего года. Кризис перепроизводства, претензии властей и, как следствие, падение цен на мониторы оказывают негативное влияние на рынок. Помочь корпорациям может эффективная программа по борьбе с издержками, считают отраслевые эксперты, добавляя, что выход из кризиса возможен в III квартале 2007 года.
