Сегодня на прилавки магазинов попадет первый 50-гигабайтный Blu-Ray диск с фильмом Адама Сандлера "Клик", издателем которого является Sony Pictures. Согласно заявленным характеристикам, двухслойный оптический диск расширяет интерактивные возможности привычных нам носителей информации. На данный момент только две другие студии анонсировали начало продаж 50-гигабайтных оптических носителей: 20th Century Fox и Lionsgate. Ожидается, что в ближайшее время к ним присоединиться Warner Bros.<br />Благодаря использованию технологии Blu-Ray, зрители смогут увидеть "Клик" в HD-качестве, тогда как звуковое сопровождение, сохранено в лишенном психоакустических искажений формате PCM. Кроме того, на диске присутствуют несколько "бонусов" в виде интервью с режиссером, исполнителем главной роли и автором сценария. <br />Что же, раз крупнейшие кинематографические студии начали штамповать фильмы на носители новых форматов, значит раскрутка HD-носителей идет полным ходом. Нам же остается дождаться более массового производства соответствующих проигрывателей и, соответственно, снижения цен них.
