Компания HIS (Hightech Information System Limited) представила очередной графический адаптер, оборудованный фирменной системой охлаждения IceQ 3 - HIS X1600Pro IceQ 3. Напомним, что форсированный вариант видеокарты на этом же GPU и с такой же системой охлаждения, HIS X1600Pro IceQ Turbo, вышел в конце марта этого года.

IceQ 3, как заверяет производитель, позволяет снизить температуру графического чипа, по меньшей мере, на 11°C, по сравнению со стандартной системой охлаждения. К тому же, IceQ 3 гораздо тише референсного кулера (заявленный шум - меньше 20 дБ), а любителей тюнинга порадует ультрафиолетовой подсветкой.

В отличие от HIS X1600Pro IceQ Turbo, графический процессор и GDDR2-память новинки работают на стандартных частотах - 500 и 800 МГц соответственно. Объём памяти - 256 или 512 Мб (модели H160PRQ256 и H160PRQ512 соответственно). Плата использует интерфейс PCI Express и занимает два слота. Помимо интерфейсов DVI и D-Sub, видеокарта снабжена VIVO (ATI Avivo).
