В Брюсселе была официально анонсирована модель ноутбука VAIO AR11SR, которая скоро появится и на российском рынке.

Характеристики:
* Оптический привод BD-R/RE
* 2 ГГц двуядерный процессор Intel Core Duo T2500;
* Графическая подсистема на базе NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 GT с 256 Мбайт видеопамяти;
* Жёсткий диск 200 Гбайт;
* 17-дюймовый ЖК-дисплей с разрешением 1920 х 1200 пикселей и фирменной технологией Sony X-black LCD;
* Выход HDMI для подключения внешнего дисплея или HD-телевизора;
* Встроенные веб-камера Sony Motion Eye и микрофон;
* Встроенный телевизионный тюнер с пультом ДУ;
* Предустановленная ОС – MS Windows XP Media Center Edition.

Цена ноутбука для российского рынка, на котором он появится в июле, пока не сообщается, однако совершенно ясно, что ниже $3600 (именно столько стоит VAIO AR с приводом Blu-ray на канадском сайте Sony) она не опустится.
